Return Request Period

You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return for store credit. 


Eligible Items & Conditions

To qualify for store credit, your item must be returned in the same pristine condition in which you received it—clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Initiating a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at shop@sunnyde.com to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without prior communication may not be accepted. If approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


Return Shipping & Damages

Standard Returns: Unless your return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. In such cases, Sunny Dé will cover the return postage.


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

• Custom or personalized products

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items or gift cards (these are final sale)

Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, you may exchange an item by returning it for store credit and then placing a new order for the desired style or size. This method ensures you receive the product that best suits your needs.


European Union Orders

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, a statutory 14-day cooling off period applies. If you are returning an EU order, the item must still be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, and you must include proof of purchase.


Processing & Store Credit Issuance

Once we receive your return, please allow 1-4 business days for processing. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your return. Upon acceptance, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the returned product(s) as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. This store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
