We know you’re excited - and we don’t like to keep you waiting.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on business days will usually be processed and dispatched the same day, as long as the item is in stock. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays will be sent out the next business day. During peak periods (like sales, holiday launches, or promo drops), dispatch may take up to 5 business days - but we’ll always do our best to get your order out the door quickly.
All domestic orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post or Aramex. We’ll always prioritise Express Shipping where possible to get your order to you fast - but once it leaves our hands, delivery timeframes are up to the courier and should be treated as estimates only.
All international orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse and can be delivered to residential or commercial addresses only — we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes. We offer two international shipping options: DHL (3–10 business days) and Australia Post Standard International (10–15 business days).
DHL deliveries are fully trackable and customisable. You’ll receive an airway bill via email once your parcel has shipped, which you can use to manage your delivery directly through DHL’s website.
Australia Post International shipments cannot be changed or redirected once they’ve left our warehouse.
All international deliveries require a signature on arrival to ensure your order arrives safely. If you’d prefer to change your delivery preferences (DHL shipments only), you can contact DHL directly with your tracking number to arrange an alternative option.
We offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) on international orders through DHL - which means taxes and duties are calculated upfront at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery, no hold-ups at customs.
If you’re checking out with Australia Post, duties/taxes aren’t collected upfront, so your local customs office may charge you when your parcel arrives. That part’s out of our hands, sunshine.
We do our best to get your order out on time, but once your parcel is with the courier, delivery timeframes are out of our hands. Occasionally, our shipping partners may experience network-wide delays that can extend delivery times beyond the usual window - especially during peak periods, weather disruptions, or global events.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking number to open a case. Sunny Dé isn’t responsible for lost parcels once they’ve been dispatched, but we’ll support you however we can. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you’ve entered the wrong address, please email us at shop@sunnyde.com as soon as possible with your order number or the name on the order. If your parcel hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes. In some cases, the parcel may be returned to us - if this happens, a $20 return-to-sender fee (charged by the courier) will apply before we can resend it to the correct address.
If you're ordering from outside Australia, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Sunny Dé is unable to estimate or reimburse these fees, as they vary from country to country.
