Changed your mind?

No worries, sunshine. You’ve got 20 days from delivery to send it back to us for store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition - that means tags and hygiene liner still attached.

Swimwear hygiene note

Just a heads up — for hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on any items that have been worn without underwear or if the hygiene liner has been removed. If your return doesn’t meet these standards, we’ll have to send it back to you.

Received something damaged or incorrect? 

Oh no — not what you ordered? If your item arrived damaged or isn’t what you expected, send us an email at shop@sunnyde.com within 3 days. Be sure to include your order number, a quick description of the issue, and a photo so we can make it right for you.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Once a tracking number has been generated, your order’s already on the move and we’re no longer able to make changes. You may still be able to update your delivery through the courier using your tracking link.

Return cost

Return postage is at your own cost (unless your item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect). We recommend using a tracked service, just to be safe. Sunny Dé isn’t responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Processing time for returns 

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll email you a link to complete the order and pay any price difference before your new item ships.

Refund of duties & taxes for international orders

Just a heads up - any duties, customs, or taxes paid on your original order won’t be refunded by Sunny Dé if you return your item. You may be able to claim a refund through your country’s customs office. We recommend checking with them directly for next steps.

Uh-oh! Wrong product?

Oops! If you received something you didn’t order, we’re so sorry. Please email our Customer Care team at shop@sunnyde.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item(s). Make sure not to open or dispose of the product until we’ve sorted everything out on our end.
