We gladly accept returns for store credit on items purchased from Sunny De, provided they are in their original condition, clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent-free and with all tags still attached. Items must also be returned in their original packaging. For swimwear, please keep the hygiene liner intact and try on over underwear for sanitary reasons.
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for either a store credit or exchange. *Please note, Sunny Dé does not offer refunds for change of mind returns.
Final sale items including those purchased at a discount, on sale, or with a promo code cannot be returned.

We offer returns within 20 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
Conditions of Items:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from any scents (including perfume, deodorant, or washing powder)
• Free from any marks or stains of any kind, including but not limited to makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, or any marks caused during try-on
• Swimwear Hygiene liner must remain fully intact and not removed or tampered with
We strongly recommend taking care when trying on items. Garments that show any signs of wear, transfer, or damage may not be accepted.
Please check your garment carefully before lodging a return to ensure it meets all return requirements.
If your return doesn’t meet these standards, we’ll have to send it back to you.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty or not as expected, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

• Your Order Number
• A description of the issue in detail
• Clear photos and/or videos of the item (including the fault/damage and packaging if relevant)
This allows our team to assess the issue and organise a resolution as quickly as possible.
Important: Claims submitted outside of the 3 business day window may not be accepted.

Oops! If you received something you didn’t order, we’re so sorry. Please email our Customer Care team at shop@sunnyde.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item(s). Make sure not to open or dispose of the product until we’ve sorted everything out on our end.
Once a tracking number has been generated, your order’s already on the move and we’re no longer able to make changes. You may still be able to update your delivery through the courier using your tracking link.
Return postage is at your own cost (unless your item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect). We recommend using a tracked service, just to be safe. Sunny Dé isn’t responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Just a heads up - any duties, customs, or taxes paid on your original order won’t be refunded by Sunny Dé if you return your item. You may be able to claim a refund through your country’s customs office. We recommend checking with them directly for next steps.
