Hey sunshine! We gladly accept returns for store credit on items purchased from Sunny De, provided they are in their original condition, clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached. Items must also be returned in their original packaging. For swimwear, please keep the hygiene liner intact and try on over underwear for sanitary reasons.
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for store credit. Final sale items including those purchased at a discount, on sale, or with a promo code cannot be returned.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, please allow 1-4 business days for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved or declined. If accepted, you’ll get an email confirming eligibility and your store credit amount, which will be valid for 3 months. If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we may refuse the package and return it to you.
Unless your return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not refund shipping fees. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return postage.
Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for change of mind but are happy to provide store credit or exchange for a different size. If you want a different style or your preferred item is out of stock, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
