If it’s unworn, unwashed, and still has the tags and hygiene liner attached, you can send it back within 20 days of delivery. You’ll receive a store credit or exchange (we don’t offer refunds), and we’ll help you find something that feels just right.
We can only accept returns if the hygiene sticker is still attached and the item is in original condition. If it's been removed or looks worn, we won’t be able to process your return - thanks for understanding!
Yes - return postage is at your own cost unless your item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect. Be sure to use a tracked service, just in case!
Sunny Dé offers exchanges or store credit only. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a digital credit to use any time, or help you arrange an exchange.
Once your return reaches us and is approved, give us up to 5 business days to process it. You’ll get an email with your store credit code or exchange instructions as soon as it's ready.
These supplementary Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the Sunny Dé Black Friday Sale, which begins 6:00am AEST Friday 28 November 2025 and ends 06:00am AEST Saturday 29 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
These Terms also apply across VIP Early Access, commencing 6:00pm AEST Thursday 27 November 2025.
To the extent that these Terms differ from our standard Terms & Conditions, these Black Friday Terms take priority for all purchases made during the Promotion Period.
1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing your order. If details are missing or incorrect, we may be unable to update, adjust, or correct your order. We may request additional information to verify or confirm your order details if required.
2. Please ensure your delivery address and instructions are correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, Sunny Dé is not required to resend or replace the order at our expense. Due to increased order volume and automated warehouse workflows, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been submitted.
If you realise there is an error after your order is confirmed, you can reach out to our customer care team; however, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Some couriers may allow limited adjustments via their own portals. Sunny Dé is not liable for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.
2. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Sunny Dé is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.Due to much higher-than-normal order volume, as well as automated systems designed to get orders shipped as fast as possible, we will not be able to change or amend any details on your order once it has been confirmed. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after confirmation, you may contact our customer care team, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend your order in those circumstances. You may be able to use your selected courier's self-service options (if such options exist) to amend your shipping address, but Sunny Dé cannot be liable for any delays or lost items due to incorrect information on your order.
3. All orders must be finalised during the Black Friday Sale period to qualify for promotional pricing. Sale prices apply only to completed orders. Items in your cart are not reserved and may sell out prior to checkout. A confirmation email with your order number will be sent once your purchase is complete.
4. High demand during the Black Friday Sale may result in certain products selling out quickly. We cannot guarantee availability or restocks, and no rain checks are available on any discounted items. It is while stocks last.
5. In rare instances, simultaneous checkout activity may result in product oversells. If this occurs, the affected item will be refunded, and the remainder of your order will continue to be shipped.
6. Sunny Dé reserves the right to review, hold, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method and you will be notified.
7. Orders placed during the Black Friday Sale are treated as final sale and are eligible only for store credit in accordance with our returns policy. Refunds for change of mind are not permitted under any circumstances, and exchanges cannot be offered.
1. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Due to the increased volume during sale periods, both processing and shipping may take longer than usual. Our Sunny Dé team will be working as quickly as possible to dispatch all orders.
2. While we aim to fulfil Black Friday Sale orders in the order they are received, operational requirements may result in some orders being dispatched out of sequence. This helps us move orders out efficiently based on stock availability and warehouse workflow.
3. Shipping delays may occur once your parcel has been handed over to the courier. Sunny Dé cannot influence or control transit times once an order has left our warehouse. Please check your tracking link for updates. If something appears incorrect, contact our customer service team at shop@sunnyde.com.
4. Express Post does not fast-track your order within our warehouse. Express Post applies only to the courier’s express delivery service from collection to arrival. It does not accelerate Sunny Dé’s internal processing or dispatch speed.
5. Dispatch timelines and fulfilment processes may be updated at Sunny Dé’s discretion at any time.
1. All Black Friday Sale discounts are final and automatically applied to eligible items at the time of shopping.
2. No additional discounts or promotional codes can be used during the Black Friday Sale period.
3. Influencer codes, welcome codes, loyalty vouchers and other promotional codes will be inactive during the Black Friday Sale and will resume once the event has ended.
4. The Sunny Dé Black Friday Sale includes discounts of up to 50% off selected products. Discounts are available only while stock lasts or until the promotion is ended by Sunny Dé. Gift cards are excluded. Sunny Dé reserves the right to adjust discount levels or pricing at any point during the sale.
5. Any items discounted at 50% off are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
