These terms and conditions apply to the Sunny Dé End of Financial Year (EOFY) Sale. By placing an order during the sale period, you agree to the following terms.
Sale Period
The EOFY Sale is available for a limited time only. Sunny Dé reserves the right to end the sale at any time without prior notice.
Eligible Products
The EOFY Sale applies to selected Sunny Dé products only. The following products are excluded from the sale and are not eligible for any discount:
Discount
Sale prices are as marked on the website. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, or offer unless explicitly stated.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Sunny Dé reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund.
Stock Availability
All sale items are subject to availability. No rain checks will be issued on sold-out items. Sunny Dé does not guarantee stock availability for the duration of the sale.
Orders
By placing an order during the EOFY Sale, you are making an offer to purchase. Sunny Dé reserves the right to cancel any order placed in error or where fraud is suspected. You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled by us.
Shipping
Standard Sunny Dé shipping rates and delivery timeframes apply during the sale period. Free shipping thresholds apply as stated at checkout. Increased order volumes during sale periods may result in longer than usual dispatch and delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies to all sale purchases. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless the item is faulty. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
Fraudulent Activity
Sunny Dé reserves the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts where fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment details or the abuse of promotions.
Changes to Terms
Sunny Dé reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time during the sale period without prior notice.
